The Present State of Beef Bowl Restaurants   

 

　　　　Finally,  this website describes the present conditions of beef bowl restaurants in Japan. The famous store includes Sukiya, Yoshinoya and Matsuya at the chain store of the beef bowl. Figure 3 shows the increase and decrease of business results in 2018 compared with 2016 of Sukiya, Yoshinoya and Matsuya. It shows that Sukiya is the only beef bowl restaurant whose busines results are increasing. Sukiya raised the price of beginning to sell and the products of a time-limited new menu. After the rise of these prises, customer unit price greatly rised and the sales amount rised smoothly. These were the reasons why Sukiya ranked first among the three companies in terms of business results.

　　　　Figure 4 shows the number of Sukiya, Yoshinoya and Matsuya stores in Japan in 2018. It can be seen that Sukiya has more shops than the other two. In recent years, Sukiya is Japan's leading beef bowl restauran because it has the highest number of stores and the highest business results among the three companies.
